Tri-Heal is essentially KLOW without the GHK-Cu — the BPC-157 and TB-500 repair pairing with KPV added for its preclinical anti-inflammatory activity. Dropping GHK-Cu is arguably the more defensible formulation of the two, since GHK-Cu's real human evidence is topical and contributes least to an injected repair blend. How it differs from KLOW and GLOW
The three blends are variations on one base. BPC-157 + TB-500 is the core. GLOW adds GHK-Cu. KLOW adds both GHK-Cu and KPV. Tri-Heal adds KPV only.
Of the two additions, GHK-Cu is the one whose human evidence is route-mismatched — genuinely researched as a topical skin ingredient, not as an injectable. KPV's evidence is thinner overall but at least preclinical work has examined it systemically. On that basis Tri-Heal is the tighter formulation, though "tighter" here means fewer components without human data rather than more with it.
