I wanted an AI that knew my whole protocol.
I’m on peptides and TRT, same as you. I got tired of digging through message boards for a post that kind of matched my situation, so I built a coach that already knows my stack and answers for me, not for some average case.

What people are saying
INSIDE THE APP
The actual app. In motion.
No mockups. This is the app you’ll open every day.

AI Coach
Ask an AI that knows your stack.
It reads your real protocol, labs, and logs before it answers, so the advice is about you and not a forum average.

Home
Know exactly what to take today.
Today's injections, what's coming up, and a live blood-level curve for every compound, the second you open the app.

Labs
Every marker — in range or flagged.
Import a lab PDF or key values in by hand (testosterone, estradiol, IGF-1, thyroid, metabolic), each flagged against your range and trended over time.

Nutrition
Weight and macros, trended.
Log days or pull from Apple Health, with weight, calories, and macros charted over time so you can watch a GLP-1 work.

Women's Health
Not just for the bros.
Cycle-aware tracking for women on hormone therapy: log periods and symptoms, see your phase, and read estradiol against the cycle day it was drawn.

Schedule
Your whole protocol on one calendar.
Every compound, dose, and titration step laid out and color-coded, weeks ahead.
NOW AVAILABLE
Stackeddd is live.
Free on the App Store and Google Play. No account, no card to start. Your data stays on your phone.
WHAT IT DOES
AI COACH
Not a generic chatbot. A real coach that knows your stack, protocols, labs, sleep, training, and goals, and answers from your own data. Grounded in a curated peptide and HRT knowledge base. Asks before it advises.
DOSE TRACKING
Peptides. HRT. Supplements. Meds. Injectable, oral, gel, nasal: every dosage form, every protocol. Curated compound lists, photo label scan, on/off-week cycling, and side-effect tracking the AI Coach uses for pattern detection.
CALCULATORS
Seven of them. Peptide reconstitution. Pre-mixed HRT dosing. HGH IU↔mg. Custom blends. Nasal spray reconstitution. Cream clicks. Half-life modeling. The math you shouldn’t be doing in your head.
LAB PARSING
Drop in any lab PDF. The app extracts your values, flags out-of-range markers, and tracks every marker over time as a chart you can scrub.
BLOOD LEVELS
Pharmacokinetic curves per compound, computed from your own injection log. Peak. Trough. Average. Stacked across protocols so you can see what’s circulating.
CYCLE TRACKING
Built for women on testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, or peptide protocols. Period history, phase-aware lab interpretation, daily symptom logging. Hormone labs auto-stamp with the cycle day they were drawn, so the AI Coach reads E2 against where you were in your cycle.
HEALTH SYNC
Apple Health on iOS. Health Connect on Android. Nutrition, sleep, and fitness: pulled in, attributed to source, deduplicated across overlapping apps, and visible alongside your stack.
WHO BUILT THIS
I built Stackeddd because I needed it.
I’m in the HRT and peptide community — running protocols, tracking labs, reading the forums. I built this app with every feature I wanted in a peptide and HRT tracker. I just knew I didn’t want something that felt cold and clinical for what’s actually a pretty personal thing. So I started building.
Local-first because I don’t want my own data leaked any more than you do. An AI Coach that talks to you like a person who knows what you’re running. No analytics, no ads, no growth team. Just the app I wanted to use.
I gave it to a friend because I thought it might help him. He gave it to a friend. That friend gave it to someone else. That’s how Stackeddd has spread so far — handed around the community by people who tried it.
I’m not trying to get rich off this. The goal is to cover the costs of running it and build something genuinely useful to people on their HRT and peptide journeys. If that’s you, give it a shot.

DATA OWNERSHIP
Your data lives on your phone. Not on a server.
That’s the whole point.
No accounts. No analytics. No cloud.
- NO ACCOUNT. No login, no signup, no email collected. The app works the moment you install it.
- NO ANALYTICS. I don’t track sessions, taps, or what you log. I don’t know if you opened the app today.
- NO CLOUD STORAGE. Your stack, protocols, and labs are written to your device, not my servers. AI messages go to the AI provider only to generate a reply, and I never store them.
- EXPORTABLE, ALWAYS. Settings → Provider Report for a doctor-ready PDF, or full JSON backup of everything else. You own it. Period.

Guides worth trusting
I’m on peptides and TRT myself and building the app for it in public. These are the plain-English guides I write along the way — quick reads on the math, the tracking, and what actually works.

Semaglutide vs Tirzepatide: Half-Life, Dosing Cadence, and What to Track
Both are once-weekly. The half-lives are not identical, and neither is what is worth logging week to week.

Before You Buy Peptides: How to Read a COA, Spot a Scam, and Not Get Burned
The number one question is where to buy. The skill that matters is how to not get burned once you’re there — reading a Certificate of Analysis, spotting the fakes, and vetting a source. No vendors, no links.
