By using Stackeddd ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Not Medical Advice
This app is a personal data tracking tool for research and educational purposes only. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed physician before making any changes to medications, hormones, supplements, or injection protocols.
3. Experimental & Controlled Substances
Some substances that can be tracked in this app are not approved by the FDA for human use, are classified as research chemicals, or may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws. The developer does not endorse, supply, or facilitate the acquisition of any substance.
4. Personal Responsibility
You assume full personal responsibility for any decisions made using this app, including all health, legal, and financial consequences. The developer is not liable for any harm or outcomes resulting from your use of this tool.
5. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available, error-free, or accurate at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
6. Your Data
All personal health data you enter is stored locally on your device. The developer has no access to it. If you use the built-in AI coach (no API key), your messages are processed via Anthropic's API and are not stored by us. If you use your own API key, messages go directly from your device to the provider.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use this app to harm others, violate any laws, or attempt to abuse or overload the free AI service. We reserve the right to block access for misuse.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
