ABOUT

I built the tracker I wanted for myself.

I’m Jason Jeffries. I’m on peptides and TRT myself, running a protocol and tracking my labs. Stackeddd is the app I wished already existed: one place for my stack, my calculators, and an AI that knows what I’m running instead of guessing at an average.

AT A GLANCE

No account

Nothing to sign up for. Install it and your stack is already yours.

No analytics

Your data stays on your phone. I don’t track sessions, taps, or logins.

Free safety tools

Tracking, calculators, notifications, the blood-level chart, and the knowledge base. All free, always.

Why Stackeddd exists

Before I built anything, my routine looked like everyone else’s: dig through message boards for a post that sort of matched my situation, do the dose math by hand, drop a lab into a chatbot that had no context on me. None of it was built for me. It was built for the average case, and I’m not the average case. Neither are you.

So I built it myself. Not a generic wellness app with peptides bolted on, and not something cold and clinical. I wanted a tool that understood my schedule and my labs and could talk to me like it knew my protocol. Every feature in it is one I wanted for myself first.

What Stackeddd is

Stackeddd tracks your whole stack (peptides, HRT, supplements, prescriptions) alongside your protocols, an injection calendar, and calculators for dosing, blends, and half-life. It charts your blood levels in real units, tracks your lab trends over time, and can pull a lab PDF straight into that chart.

The same peak-and-trough math that powers the blood-level chart in the app. Not a stock illustration.

The part I’m proudest of is the AI Coach. It reads your logged stack and a knowledge base I wrote by hand, nothing scraped or auto-generated, so when you ask it something it answers for your protocol instead of a forum average. And before any change to it ships, it has to pass an eval suite I run that checks for the ways an AI coach actually fails you: sycophancy, made-up numbers, false reassurance. That part is the whole point. A coach that’s confidently wrong is worse than none.

Everything that keeps you organized and safe is free: the tracking, the calculators, the charts, the knowledge base. The AI Coach and photo or PDF scanning are the paid part, Stackeddd Pro. That split is on purpose. The basics that keep you safe shouldn’t cost anything.

What Stackeddd is not

Stackeddd isn’t a doctor, and it doesn’t pretend to be. It won’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. It’s a tracking and research tool for making sense of your own data, and the AI Coach is built to say “I don’t know” before it guesses, and to point you back to your prescribing physician for anything about starting, stopping, or changing a protocol.

You can’t source anything through it either. Stackeddd doesn’t sell, recommend, or link out to vendors. It only helps you track what you’re already doing, more safely and more clearly.

And it doesn’t run on your data. No analytics SDK, no ad network, nothing about you being sold. The app doesn’t make money by knowing more about you.

How I build it (and why)

It’s just me. No team, no investors, no growth targets. Every call is mine to make and mine to live with: what gets built next, what gets cut, what the coach is and isn’t allowed to say.

That’s also why I’d rather ship less that I trust than more I can’t stand behind. New changes go out over-the-air to a small group of testers first, then to everyone, so by the time an update reaches you it’s already been run in for a while.

Where things stand

Stackeddd is live on the App Store and Google Play. How it’s grown so far has been pretty low-tech:

“I gave it to a friend because I thought it might help him. He gave it to a friend. That friend gave it to someone else. That’s how Stackeddd has spread, handed around the community by people who tried it.”
— Jay

I’m not chasing scale, and I’m not trying to get rich off this. If it covers what it costs to run and keeps being useful to people sorting out their own protocols, that’s enough for me.
