How do I get help?
Email feedback@stackeddd.app or tap the Send Feedback button inside the app (Settings → Send Feedback). Feedback goes straight to the developer's inbox — there is no support queue or ticket system. Replies usually come within a day.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Every protocol, log, lab result, supplement, macro entry, and profile detail lives in local storage on the phone you typed it into. Nothing is uploaded to a Stackeddd server. If you delete the app, you lose your data — back up via Settings → Export Data first.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Export Data writes a single JSON file containing your full app state. You can save it to Files, email it to yourself, or transfer it to another device and re-import via Settings → Import Data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not by Stackeddd. To cancel: open the App Store or Google Play app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Stackeddd → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Google Play subscriptions are handled at play.google.com/store/account. Stackeddd cannot process refunds.
What is the AI Coach?
The AI Coach is a conversational assistant built on Claude (by Anthropic) that has read-only access to a snapshot of your in-app data each time you send a message. It answers questions about your stack, labs, protocols, and goals. It is not a doctor and does not replace medical advice — see the in-app disclaimer.
Does the AI store my conversations?
AI Coach conversations are not retained on any server we control. Each message is sent to Anthropic's API for a response and the response is returned to your device. Your message history shown inside the app is stored locally on your phone. Per Anthropic's current API terms, your messages are not used to train AI models.
How does health data sync work?
On iOS, Stackeddd reads sleep, fitness, and nutrition data from Apple Health when you grant permission in Settings. On Android, it reads from Health Connect with the same permission model. Stackeddd only reads — it does not write to Apple Health or Health Connect. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Health or the Health Connect app.
I think I found a bug. What should I include?
Inside the app: Settings → Send Feedback → Bug Report. Include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if possible. If the app crashed, anonymous crash data was already sent — but a written description is what helps most.
Does Stackeddd give medical advice?
No. Stackeddd is a self-tracking tool for people who already work with prescribers and clinicians. The AI Coach and Knowledge Base provide educational context only. Decisions about dosing, compounds, labs, and protocols belong with you and your medical provider.
What devices does Stackeddd support?
iPhone running iOS 16 or later, and Android phones running Android 11 or later. Tablets are not officially supported but the app generally runs on iPad in iPhone-app mode.
How do I delete my account?
There is no account to delete — Stackeddd has no accounts, no logins, and no server-side user profile. To remove all your data, uninstall the app from your device. That permanently wipes everything.
Still stuck?
Email feedback@stackeddd.app. One person reads that inbox — you will get a real reply.
