How syringe compatibility works — the 3 rules
Same-syringe compatibility is governed by class and carrier, not by memorizing hundreds of individual pairs. Three rules cover almost everything:
- Same carrier co-draws. Water-based peptides share an aqueous carrier, so two of them draw into one clear solution. Oil-based injectables never mix with water — different phase, different needle — but combine fine with other oils.
- A few get their own pin. GLP-1s (weekly, titrated dosing), NAD+ (harsh, large-volume), and HCG (its own hormone schedule) are kept separate for practical reasons, not chemistry.
- A few specific pairs react. GHK-Cu + glutathione, and MOTS-C + HGH / GH-releasing peptides, can precipitate into a milky solution. Confirm before combining — and if a combined draw ever turns cloudy, discard it.
