Testo 600 is the same idea as Supertest 450 pushed further — a multi-ester testosterone blend at around 600 mg/mL, among the highest concentrations sold. Everything on the Supertest page applies, and the concentration issue applies more. At 600 mg/mL the solvent fraction needed to hold the hormone in solution is substantial, and post-injection pain, site irritation and occasionally solution instability at lower temperatures are the practical consequences. What 600 mg/mL actually means

Testosterone esters have a solubility limit in carrier oil. Exceeding it requires increasing the co-solvent fraction — benzyl alcohol and benzyl benzoate — sometimes to 20% or more of the total volume. That is what makes an extreme concentration possible.

It is also what makes it uncomfortable. Benzyl alcohol is an irritant and benzyl benzoate more so; a solution that is a fifth solvent by volume produces meaningfully more injection-site reaction than a standard 200–250 mg/mL preparation. Some high-concentration products also crash — the hormone precipitating out as visible crystals when the vial gets cold — which is a solubility phenomenon rather than contamination, though it does mean the solution has to be re-warmed and fully redissolved before drawing.

None of this changes the hormone. 600 mg of testosterone is 600 mg of testosterone whether it arrives in one millilitre or three. The concentration only changes the volume and the irritant load.

Dose is set by hormone, not by product

The most common error with concentrated blends is anchoring on volume rather than milligrams. "One mL" means something completely different at 600 mg/mL than at 200 mg/mL — a threefold difference in dose from an identical-looking draw.

This is the same mg/mL trap that catches people moving between testosterone products generally, and it is worse here because the concentration is unusual. Volume (mL) = dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL) is the only reliable way to work it out, and it depends on a concentration figure that, on an underground-lab product, you cannot verify.

What to monitor

Unlike a pharmacy product, a blend from an underground lab has no regulatory guarantee that the vial matches the label. Two products sold under the same name from different sources are not the same product, and the ratio printed on the box is a claim, not a verified assay. Independent testing has repeatedly found underdosed and misdosed multi-compound oils. If you cannot verify the contents, you cannot know your real dose of any single component in it.

Monitoring is the same set as any testosterone at supraphysiological dose: total and free testosterone to find out what you are actually running, hematocrit and hemoglobin for erythrocytosis, a lipid panel for the reliable HDL suppression, blood pressure, and estradiol on a consistent assay — sensitive LC/MS and immunoassay results are not comparable to each other.

No. 600 mg of testosterone is 600 mg regardless of the volume it arrives in. The concentration changes how much liquid you inject and how much solvent comes with it — not the hormone or its effect.
