Nandromix: A Multi-Ester Nandrolone Blend Explained
Also known as: Nandromix · Nandro Mix · Nandrolone blend · Nandrolone mix
Nandromix is nandrolone in more than one ester in a single vial, most commonly decanoate paired with phenylpropionate. As with the testosterone blends, the ester changes release rate, not the hormone. What makes nandrolone worth its own page rather than a footnote is that it carries a distinct monitoring profile from testosterone: it is progestogenic, is strongly suppressive of natural production, and is associated with sexual-function effects that people often misattribute to estrogen. Educational and harm-reduction only, not medical advice.
The esters and what they change
Nandrolone decanoate is the long ester — the one in the pharmaceutical product Deca-Durabolin — with a release profile measured in weeks. Nandrolone phenylpropionate (NPP) is the short ester, cleared far faster and typically injected every other day or so.
Combining them means, as always, that the short ester sets the injection frequency. A blend containing phenylpropionate injected weekly gives you a sharp rise and fall on that fraction sitting on top of the decanoate baseline.
The hormone is identical in both cases. There is no version of nandrolone that is "milder" because of its ester.
Why nandrolone monitoring is different
Nandrolone is progestogenic — it has activity at the progesterone receptor that testosterone does not. That is the mechanism behind the side-effect cluster people associate with 19-nor compounds, and it is why prolactin is a lab worth checking on nandrolone specifically rather than assuming an estrogen problem.
It is also strongly suppressive of endogenous testosterone production, more so than an equivalent dose of testosterone in many reports, and recovery after nandrolone is commonly described as slower. Nandrolone is essentially always run alongside testosterone rather than alone for this reason.
The sexual-function effects attributed to nandrolone are real enough to have their own community shorthand, and the important practical point is that treating them as an estrogen problem — reaching for an aromatase inhibitor — can make things worse by driving estradiol too low. Prolactin, estradiol and total testosterone read together is the picture, not any one of them alone.
Nandrolone also has a long detection window, which matters if you are subject to any form of testing.
The unverified-label problem
Unlike a pharmacy product, a blend from an underground lab has no regulatory guarantee that the vial matches the label. Two products sold under the same name from different sources are not the same product, and the ratio printed on the box is a claim, not a verified assay. Independent testing has repeatedly found underdosed and misdosed multi-compound oils. If you cannot verify the contents, you cannot know your real dose of any single component in it.
Standard monitoring alongside the nandrolone-specific markers: hematocrit and hemoglobin, a lipid panel, blood pressure, and liver and kidney panels as a baseline.
How to track Nandromix in Stackeddd
On a 19-nor, prolactin belongs on the same timeline as estradiol and testosterone — the side effects are easy to misattribute, and the wrong correction (crushing estrogen) is worse than the original problem.

Frequently asked questions
What is in Nandromix?
Nandrolone in two or more esters in a single vial, most commonly decanoate paired with phenylpropionate. The esters change how quickly the hormone releases from the depot; they do not change the hormone itself.
Why is prolactin checked on nandrolone?
Because nandrolone is progestogenic — it has progesterone-receptor activity that testosterone does not — and that pathway drives much of the 19-nor side-effect cluster. Sexual-function problems on nandrolone are often misread as an estrogen issue, and crushing estradiol with an aromatase inhibitor can make things worse rather than better.
Is nandrolone more suppressive than testosterone?
It is commonly reported as strongly suppressive of natural production, with slower recovery afterwards than an equivalent testosterone dose. It is essentially always run alongside testosterone rather than on its own for that reason.
